Seafood Binge Recipe

  1. Heat butter; add in flour, curry, salt and pepper.
  2. Slowly add in chicken broth and cream.
  3. Stir till thick.
  4. Add in cooked and thawed seafood.
  5. Add in pimento if you like.
  6. Keep warm in a casserole and serve with a nice pilaf.
