Garlicky Mediteranean Tuna Pasta

  1. Boil water for the pasta and add the 2 teaspoons of salt to it.
  2. Add the pasta once it comes to a boil.
  3. In a large bowl, flake the canned tuna and add the remaining ingredients, except for the feta cheese, if using.
  4. Toss together.
  5. When pasta is cooked, add a tablespoon or two of the pasta water to the bowl of tuna.
  6. Drain the pasta and add it to the bowl as well.
  7. Toss together and adjust seasoning to taste; it may need more olive oil or if you like the spice, more red pepper flakes.
  8. Top with the feta if using, and enjoy!
