Teriyaki Burger
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3 qt. fresh bean sprouts
- 1-1/2 qt. green onions, sliced
- 1-1/2 cups teriyaki sauce
- 48 each BOCA Original Vegan Burgers
- 48 each hamburger buns, split, toasted
- 48 each leaf lettuce leaves
- Heat oil in large skillet.
- Add sprouts and onions; saute about 3 minutes or until crisp-tender.
- Stir in teriyaki sauce until well blended.
- Meanwhile, cook burgers as directed on package.
- For each serving: Place 1 lettuce leaf on bottom half of bun; top with burger and #8 scoop of the vegetable mixture.
- Cover with top half of bun.
