Chicken 'N Peppers Pasta
- 8 oz. rotini pasta, uncooked
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 medium green pepper, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup choppedchopped onion Safeway 3 lb For $2.99 thru 02/09
- 2 cups spaghetti sauce
- 4 slices KRAFT 2% Milk Mozzarella Singles
- 4 s, favorite flavor
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) drinking water
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
- Add chicken; cook and stir 5 min.
- Add peppers and onions; cook until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Add spaghetti sauce and pasta; mix well.
- Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Top with 2% Milk Singles; cover.
- Let stand 2 to 3 min.
- or until 2% Milk Singles are melted.
- Enjoy JELL-O Pudding Snacks (1 per serving) for dessert.
- Serve meal with an 8 fl oz glass of water per person.
