Flock of Geese Chicken Salad

  1. In a large bowl, combine the first four ingredients; set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream and tarragon; mix well.
  3. Pour overchicken mixture; toss to coat.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. Serve in a lettuce lined bowl.
