Easy Ribs (Chinese Flavor) Recipe

  1. Place ribs in large pot; add in sufficient water to cover.
  2. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer 30-45 min, then drain.
  3. Combine soy sauce, catsup, brown sugar, honey, garlic and ginger in large glass dish.
  4. Marinate ribs in mix at least 20 min or possibly overnight.
  5. Broil or possibly grill ribs over medium coals till nicely browned, basting occasionally.
  6. Serves 6.
