Bluebird Lodge And Cottage Bar B Q Hamburgers Clone Recipe

• Notes:This is a great variation on the hamburgers. Bluebird Lodge and Cottage is located in Eureka Springs, Arkansas.
• 1 lb grnd beef
• 1 x green pepper, minced
• 1 x onion, minced
• 1 c. celery, finely minced
• 1 c. ketchup
• 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
• 1 Tbsp. vinegar
• 1 Tbsp. dry mustard Salt and pepper to taste

1. Heat sauce ingredients to boiling.
2. Brown grnd beef and drain; mix with sauce.
3. Serve warm on hamburger buns.
