At Home Sausage McMuffins
- 1 packages wheat English muffins (or regular if you prefer)
- 1 lb roll sausage (just the sausage in stick form, any flavor but regular tastes better on the sandwich)
- 6 eggs
- 6 slice American cheese
- 1 nonstick cooking spray
- Preheat oven to 350 and spray a muffin tin with non stick cooking spray
- Preheat griddle to 350 or heat up a frying pan, George foreman, whatever you cook your sausage in!
- Crack 6 eggs, or however many people are eating and put in muffin tin slots.
- Season to taste and place in oven for 15 minutes.
- In the mean time, slice sausage roll in to about 6 slices and fry up until cooked through.
- Toast your muffins, or butter the inside and place, butter side down, on griddle or frying pan and toast slightly.
- Now for assembly!
- Place cooked sausage patty on prepared muffin, then cheese slice, then egg, and place other muffin half on top.
- ENJOY!
