At Home Sausage McMuffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350 and spray a muffin tin with non stick cooking spray
  2. Preheat griddle to 350 or heat up a frying pan, George foreman, whatever you cook your sausage in!
  3. Crack 6 eggs, or however many people are eating and put in muffin tin slots.
  4. Season to taste and place in oven for 15 minutes.
  5. In the mean time, slice sausage roll in to about 6 slices and fry up until cooked through.
  6. Toast your muffins, or butter the inside and place, butter side down, on griddle or frying pan and toast slightly.
  7. Now for assembly!
  8. Place cooked sausage patty on prepared muffin, then cheese slice, then egg, and place other muffin half on top.
  9. ENJOY!
