I-tail-ian Meatballs
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 eggs
- 14 cup romano cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon sweet basil
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 14 cup breadcrumbs
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, till well blended.
- Roll mixture into balls and fry in a small amount of oil on high until the outsides are browned, but not cooked through.
- Turn heat down to low and continue cooking for 20-25 minutes.
- Cool before serving.
- Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
