I-tail-ian Meatballs

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, till well blended.
  2. Roll mixture into balls and fry in a small amount of oil on high until the outsides are browned, but not cooked through.
  3. Turn heat down to low and continue cooking for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Cool before serving.
  5. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
