Chimichurri Sauce

  1. Place garlic cloves, vinegar, smoked paprika, onion powder, and crushed red pepper in a food chopper or processor.
  2. Pulse 5 to 10 minutes to mince garlic cloves.
  3. Add parsley and cilantro; pulse to a coarse chop.
  4. Slowly drizzle in corn oil and pour sauce into a serving bowl.
  5. Serve at room temperature with grilled beef, pork or chicken.
  6. Refrigerate any leftovers.
