Chicken Livers Recipe
- 10 chicken livers (or possibly more as needed) cut in half
- Season with salt and paprika.
- Saute/fry livers in 1 Tbsp.
- melted butter for 1 minute.
- Turn while cooking.
- Wrap each liver in thin slice of bacon.
- Secure the bacon with toothpicks.
- Broil the livers till bacon is crisp.
- Drain on paper towel and serve warm on toothpick.
