Beef Stew, Ro*Tel Style Recipe

  1. Place flour in a food storage bag; add in meat cubes a few at a time, shake to coat.
  2. In a large Dutch oven, brown meat in warm oil.
  3. Stir in juice, RO*TEL, onion, bouillon, garlic, basil and thyme.
  4. Heat to a boil; reduce heat.
  5. Cover and simmer 1 to 1 1/4 hrs.
  6. Add in potatoes, carrots and celery.
  7. Cover and simmer an additional 45 min or possibly till tender.
