Pineapple Jello Pudding Cake Recipe

• 1 pkg. unflavored Jello
• 1 can pineapple slices
• 1 can pineapple chunks
• 6 Large eggs
• 1 c. sugar

1. Mix 6 egg yolks, pineapple chunks and sugar in saucepan.
2. Heat over medium heat for 2 min.
3. Let cold.
4. Then mix Jello with juice from pineapple slices.
5. Pour into the Large eggs, pineapple and sugar.
6. Heat for another 2 min.
7. Let cold.
8. Mix 6 white Large eggs till fluffy and mix together with six pineapple slices.
9. Place them at bottom of round cake pan.
10. Place 6 cherries on holes and pour in baking pan.
11. Chill overnight and then serve.
