Pineapple Jello Pudding Cake Recipe
- 1 pkg. unflavored Jello
- 1 can pineapple slices
- 1 can pineapple chunks
- 6 Large eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- Mix 6 egg yolks, pineapple chunks and sugar in saucepan.
- Heat over medium heat for 2 min.
- Let cold.
- Then mix Jello with juice from pineapple slices.
- Pour into the Large eggs, pineapple and sugar.
- Heat for another 2 min.
- Let cold.
- Mix 6 white Large eggs till fluffy and mix together with six pineapple slices.
- Place them at bottom of round cake pan.
- Place 6 cherries on holes and pour in baking pan.
- Chill overnight and then serve.
