Smokey Macaroni and 3 Cheeses

  1. Combine eggs, evaporated milk, smoked paprika, dry mustard, black pepper and salt in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain thoroughly.
  4. Return pasta to pot and pour in egg mixture.
  5. Cook on low heat without boiling.
  6. Add butter and stir for three minutes to combine.
  7. Slowly add cheese; stirring constantly.
  8. Cook over medium-low heat until cheese is melted and sauce is thickened, about 5 minutes.
  9. Serve immediately.
