Pork Sausage Ring Recipe

• 3 Large eggs, slightly beaten with 3/4 c. lowfat milk
• 2 c. fine cracker crumbs
• 1/3 c. minced onion
• 1 1/2 c. minced tart apple
• 2 lbs. pork sausage
• Salt & pepper to taste

1. Mix together and form into a ring in 9"x13" pan.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
3. Can be made the day before.
4. Serves 10 to 12.
