Pineapple and Salmon Salad

  1. Place a crisp lettuce leaf on a plate and place on it a slice of pineapple.
  2. Put 2 dessertspoons of red salmon on top of pineapple.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste and a squeeze of lemon; pour over a little mayonnaise.
  4. Serve one to a person.
