Pineapple and Salmon Salad
- 1 lettuce leaf
- 1 pineapple, sliced
- 1-1/3 tbsp. salmon
- Salt
- Pepper
- Lemon juice
- Mayonnaise
- Place a crisp lettuce leaf on a plate and place on it a slice of pineapple.
- Put 2 dessertspoons of red salmon on top of pineapple.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and a squeeze of lemon; pour over a little mayonnaise.
- Serve one to a person.
