Mozzarella-Chicken Skillet
- 3 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast
- 3 medium size fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 medium red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1/3 cup instant white rice, uncooked
- 1 slice KRAFT 2% Milk Mozzarella Singles Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- 1 broccoli spear, chopped
- 1 carrot, chopped Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 1/2 medium red pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1 SNACKWELL'S Sugar Free Shortbread Cookie
- 8 fl oz (1 cup) drinking water
- Lightly coat nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
- Add chicken; cook and stir 5 min.
- Add mushrooms and onions; cook and stir 2 min.
- Stir in marinara sauce, 1/4 cup water and oregano; bring to a boil.
- Stir in rice; cover.
- Let stand 3 min.
- Top with 2% Milk Single; cover.
- Let stand an additional 2 min.
- or until 2% Milk Single is melted.
- Toss broccoli, carrots and peppers with dressing.
- Enjoy a cookie for dessert.
- Serve meal with a glass of water.
