Carrot Jello
- 100 grams Carrot
- 200 ml Orange juice
- 2 tsp Gelatin powder
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1 Honey
- Soak the gelatin in the water listed.
- Heat the grated carrot and orange juice in a saucepan.
- If you don't think it will be sweet enough, add the honey in here.
- Stop the heat and stir in the dissolved gelatin.
- Pour into the cup of your choice and leave in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to chill and harden, then they are done.
