Crispy Chicken Supreme Recipe
- 2 c. crushed Rice Krispies
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 3 pound frying chicken pcs, washed and patted dry
- 3 tbsp. butter, melted
- Place crushed Rice Krispies in a shallow dish or possibly pan.
- Stir in paprika.
- Set aside.
- In a second shallow dish or possibly pan, beat egg and lowfat milk slightly.
- Add in flour, salt, pepper and poultry seasoning.
- Mix till smooth.
- Dip chicken in batter.
- Coat with crushed cereal.
- Place in single layer, skin side up, in well-greased or possibly foil-lined shallow baking pan.
- Drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or possibly till chicken is tender.
- Don't cover pan or possibly turn chicken while baking (6 servings).
