Easy Maitake and Beef Rice Bowl

  1. Slice the onion thinly.
  2. Shred the maitake with your hands.
  3. Put the seasonings in a pan, and heat it covered with a lid.
  4. When the onion have softened, add the seasonings.
  5. Loosen the meat with chopsticks.
  6. Cover the pan and simmer over low to medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  7. Check the taste and add salt if needed.
  8. Top over a bowl of rice and enjoy.
