Asian Peanut-Ginger Steaks

  1. Mix marinade, peanut butter, ginger, lime zest and juice with wire whisk until well blended.
  2. Reserve 1/4 cup of the marinade mixture to serve with the cooked steak.
  3. Place steaks in resealable plastic bag.
  4. Pour 1/2 cup of the marinade mixture over steaks; seal bag.
  5. Turn over several times to evenly coat steak.
  6. Refrigerate 30 minutes to marinate.
  7. Remove steaks from marinade; discard marinade.
  8. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  9. Grille steaks 4 to 6 minutes on each side for medium rare (145F) to medium doneness (160F), brushing frequently with the remaining marinade mixture.
  10. Cut each steak in half.
  11. Serve with the 1/4 cup reserved marinade mixture.
