Glazed Pork Chops with Apples

  1. Heat oil in medium-size skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chops; cook, turning occasionally, until cooked through, 8 to 10 minutes.
  3. Transfer to warm platter.
  4. Pare, core, and cut apples crosswise into rings about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. After chops are removed from skillet, add rings to skillet; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly browned.
  6. Add apple juice concentrate.
  7. Bring to boiling.
  8. Stir in mustard, salt, and pepper.
  9. Return chops to skillet and spoon apple mixture over top.
