Lemon and coconut cake
- 250 grams flour
- 200 grams sugar
- 130 grams creme fraiche
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 150 grams butter
- 50 grams coconut
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 5 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 coconut
- Mix the butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add the eggs to the butter mixture.
- Add the creme fraiche and lemon juice to the butter mixture.
- Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix just until incorporated.
- Put evrithing in a pan lined whith baking paper.
- Bake at 180C for about 20 to 25 minutes.
- Mix the sugar and water in a syrup, add all the syrup to the cooled cake and decorate whith coconut.
