Aunt Emily's Tea Cakes
- 2 eggs
- 1 12 cups sugar (haven't tried the Splenda on this yet!)
- 14 cup lard or 14 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 12 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 12 teaspoons baking powder
- 18 teaspoon nutmeg
- Roll out on a lightly floured surface to 12 inches or more; cut circles with coffee pot lid dipped in flour.
- Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes or until brown.
- Yield amount I'm guessing!
