Creamy Horseradish Sauce Recipe

  1. In blender container, combine horseradish root, brown sugar, salt, pepper, cream, vinegar and mustard.
  2. Cover; blend thoroughly.
  3. In small saucepan, heat thoroughly, but don't boil.
  4. Chill.
  5. Makes 1 c..
  6. Serve over meat, seafood, cool cuts or possibly as an appetizer dip.
  7. Especially good over pork.
