Microwave Tuna Casserole Recipe
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. cooked egg noodles
- 1 c. cooked peas
- 2 tbsp. minced pimentos
- 2 cans liquid removed tuna
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. dry bread crumbs
- Mix soup and lowfat milk.
- Stir in noodles, peas, pimento and tuna.
- Cover and microwave 9 min, stirring 2 times during heating.
- Meanwhile, stir crumbs in butter (warm).
- Sprinkle over noodles.
