Holiday Cranberry Raisin Relish Recipe

  1. In a 3-qt saucepan combine sugar, vinegar and orange juice concentrate.
  2. Stir over heat to dissolve sugar.
  3. Add in remaining ingredients and bring to boil.
  4. Reduce heat, partially cover and simmer 5 min.
  5. At this point, cranberries should have popped.
  6. If relish gets too thick while heating, thin with some water.
  7. Remove from heat and cold.
  8. Store in refrigerator for up to a month in glass jars with tight covers.
  9. Excellent with poultry, pork and even roast beef.
