Blueberry Kefir Smoothie With Greens
- 1 cup plain kefir or yogurt
- 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
- 1 banana (frozen or not)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/2 cup, tightly packed, mixed baby greens, such as kale, red chard, and spinach
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed for 1 minute or until smooth.
- Serve at once.
