Mongolian Beef (Spicy) Recipe

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients.
  2. Marinate beef slices 30 min.
  3. Stir fry onions in warm oil in wok.
  4. Remove onions.
  5. Stir fry beef and re-add in onions.
  6. Remember stir frying is done at highest heat for a very short time.
  7. Onions should be just tender, beef fried till color changes.
  8. Serve over warm rice.
