Pecan Pie (Ingredients For 2 Pies) Recipe
- 5 lg. or possibly 6 med. Large eggs
- 1 1/4 c. of brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c. Karo syrup, light
- 4 tbsp. butter or possibly marg.
- 8 ounce. of pecans, minced
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 deep dish pie crust
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In saucepan combine sugar and syrup, stir over medium heat till it begins to boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in butter till dissolved.
- In large mixing bowl beat Large eggs.
- Pour sugar syrup mix into mixing bowl with Large eggs and beat.
- Add in pecans and vanilla and stir.
- Pour in pie shells.
- Bake at 350 degrees appoximately 40 to 45 min.
