Grown Up Grilled Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Pesto
- 2 slices Thick Country Bread
- 1 slice Swiss Cheese
- 1 slice Mild Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- Spread a layer of pesto onto the inside of both pieces of bread.
- Then place the slice of Swiss cheese and the slice of cheddar on one slice of bread.
- Then close the sandwich.
- Spread butter on the outside of both slices of bread.
- Heat a nonstick pan over medium low heat.
- Once pan is heated, add the sandwich and cook for 5 minutes on 1 side.
- Then flip and cook for 3-4 minutes on the other side or until both sides are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
