Bleu Cheese Pinwheels Recipe

• 1 pkg. crescent rolls (Pillsbury)
• 3 ounce. cream cheese, softened
• 3 ounce. bleu cheese
• 2-4 tbsp. cream or possibly lowfat milk
• 18 green olives stuffed with pimento (cut into circular halves)

1. Unroll the crescent rolls to create two rectangles.
2. Spread with mixtures of cream cheese, bleu cheese and sufficient cream to make a spreadable consistency.
3. Roll up rectangles starting with short side.
4. Slice into 1/4 inch slices.
5. Top each pinwheel slice with a slice of olive and bake 375 degrees 10 min on a greased cookie sheet.
6. Makes 36 pinwheels of 2 inch diameter.
