Layered Fiesta Taco Dip
- 1 pound Ground Beef (turkey Or Chicken)
- 1 package (about 1 Oz. Packet) Taco Mix
- 16 ounces, weight Jalapeno Refried Beans
- 3 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Divided
- 2 cups Guacamole (your Own Or Store Brand)
- 16 ounces, weight Sour Cream
- 1/4 cups Taco Sauce
- 5 ounces, weight Canned Sliced Black Olives
- Brown ground meat.
- Drain off fat.
- Mix taco mix and refried beans into the browned meat.
- Mix thoroughly.
- In a 9x13 casserole dish layer in the following order:
- meat mixture 1 cup of cheese guacamole 1 cup of cheese sour cream 1 cup of cheese taco sauce sprinkled on or poured on
- Finally, scatter black olives over the top.
- (Add jalapenos if you wish!)
- Either serve immediately or refrigerate.
- We have served this with warm tortillas as a taco combo without all the containers and mess.
