Sweet Sausage And Onion Sandwich

• 2 stick any sausages
• 2 tbsp balsamic vineger
• 1 tbsp lea perin sauce
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp mayonnaise
• 1 slice whole wheat bread

1. With little oil pan fry slice sausage for few minutes then put sausage and onion onto baking dish with balsamic vineger and lea perin sauce.
2. then top with 1tbsp of brown sugar and baked it at 200C / 400AF for 10 minutes
3. Turn slice sausage over and add another 1tbsp of brown sugar again then bake it for another 10 minutes
4. SERVING OPTION AS IT IS,,,SWEET SAUSAGE AND ONION AS SIDE DISH
5. TOAST A SLICE OF BREAD THEN APY GENEROUSLY MAYONAISE THEN TOP SWEET SAUSAGE AMD ONION
