puerto rican rice
- 1 packages sazon
- 1 can Tomato sauce
- 1 pinch or plam of salt
- 1 tbsp Garlic
- 1 can Gondules ( pigeon peas)
- 1/2 cup Summer sausage
- 2 1/2 cup water
- 2 cup rice
- 1 large cooking spoons sofrito
- 1/2 cup oil
- heat oil in a lager pot
- cute summer sausage in medium small peace
- add everything but rice in oil and simmer
- run rice under water and darn good
- thrn add to pot let boil.
- once it start to boil lower heat to low cover and let cook four 20 minutes then turn once then let cook for 10 minutes more or till done
