Grilled Oven Sutchi Fillets with Herbs & Spices

  1. For each fillet, put 3 thin slices of lemons to be placed under the fillets (do not add anymore lemon juice or the fillet might taste sour after baking).
  2. Rub pinch of salt & pepper on fillet (if u prefer it to be saltier, use sea salt instead of normal salt)
  3. Add own choice of herbs and spices.
  4. Sprinkle dry white wine over the fillet.
  5. Wrap with aluminum foil.
  6. Set oven at 150F grill for 30 mins
