Grilled Oven Sutchi Fillets with Herbs & Spices
- 3 slice Lemon
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 tsp Chopped garlic
- 1 tsp Chilli flakes
- 1 small Red baby tomato
- 1 small Yellow baby tomato
- 1 dash Herbs - chives, coriander, green onions, thyme
- 1 dash Dry white wine
- 1 as needed Aluminum foil
- For each fillet, put 3 thin slices of lemons to be placed under the fillets (do not add anymore lemon juice or the fillet might taste sour after baking).
- Rub pinch of salt & pepper on fillet (if u prefer it to be saltier, use sea salt instead of normal salt)
- Add own choice of herbs and spices.
- Sprinkle dry white wine over the fillet.
- Wrap with aluminum foil.
- Set oven at 150F grill for 30 mins
