BLT Tortilla Bites
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 1 jar (7 oz.) marinated artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
- 2 flour tortillas (10 inch)
- 2 cups loosely packed fresh spinach
- 1 tomato, finely chopped Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
- 6 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- Mix cream cheese and mustard in medium bowl until blended.
- Stir in artichokes.
- Spread cream cheese mixture evenly onto tortillas; cover with spinach, tomatoes and bacon.
- Roll up.
- Wrap individually in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate 2 hours.
- Cut each roll-up into 12 slices to serve.
