Chocolate Pecan Ice Cream Cups

  1. Microwave condensed milk and chocolate chips in a 2 quart microwave-safe bowl for 3-4 minutes on medium-high (70%), or until chips start to melt.
  2. Stir until smooth.
  3. Blend in finely chopped pecans and flavoring.
  4. Line 16 2 1/2-inch muffin cups with foil liners.
  5. Spoon 1 heaping tablespoon of the mixture into each liner.
  6. Using a teaspoon, throughly coat the bottom and sides of each liner with mixture.
  7. Freeze at least 2 hours before serving and fill with your favorite ice cream.
