Spicy Chicken Chili
- 3 cups diced cooked chicken
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 12 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 12 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 jalepeno with seeds
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cansbush's chili beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can corn
- 1 (15 ounce) can chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 12 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 12 teaspoon oregano
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- Add oil to large pot.
- Chop onion, bell peppers, jalepeno, and garlic.
- Cook in oil for 10 minutes.
- Add diced, cooked chicken.
- Add chili beans, tomatoes, corn, and chicken broth.
- Stir together.
- Add spices and cilantro.
- Let simmer for approximately .
- 45 minutes.
- Top with cheese, and serve with tortillia chips.
- Enjoy!
