Beef Vegetable Chowder Recipe

  1. Cook beef and onion; drain.
  2. Add in tomatoes, water, bouillon cubes, salt, pepper, bay leaf, celery and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Cover and simmer 30 min.
  5. Add in noodles, mixed vegetables and thyme.
  6. Bring to a boil and cook 15 min.
