Beef Vegetable Chowder Recipe
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 c. minced onion
- 2 c. canned tomatoes
- 4 c. warm water
- 2 bouillon cubes
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 bay leaf
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. noodles
- 1 pkg. mixed frzn vegetables
- 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- Cook beef and onion; drain.
- Add in tomatoes, water, bouillon cubes, salt, pepper, bay leaf, celery and Worcestershire sauce.
- Bring to boil.
- Cover and simmer 30 min.
- Add in noodles, mixed vegetables and thyme.
- Bring to a boil and cook 15 min.
