Chicken, Apricot, and Smoked Cheddar Open Faced Melt

  1. On each baguette slice, spread mustard and apricot preserves.
  2. Sprinkle the minced garlic and salt & pepper on top.
  3. Add the chicken.
  4. Top wtih the cheese and Broil for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  5. Slice into any size preferred for serving.
  6. I like to make small bite sized pieces to serve for friends.
