Crustless Pear Pie
- 3 whole Pears
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Sorghum Flour
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons Nutmeg
- 1 stick Butter
- 1 cup Sorghum Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Xanthan Gum
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- Butter your pie pan.
- Peel, core, and slice the pears into thin slices.
- Mix together with the sugars, salt, 2 tablespoons of flour, and spices.
- Pour filling into your pie pan.
- Now for the topping, cut the butter into the cup of flour, xantham gum, and sugar.
- When it looks like big crumbs, pour over the top of the filling.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Lower the temperature to 375 degrees and cook for 30 more minutes.
- Serve warm, cold, plain, or with homemade ice cream.
