Tuna, Mayonnaise, Kimchi and Natto Rice Bowl

  1. Combine the natto, the sauce and Japanese mustard that comes with it, as well as the tuna and the mayonnaise.
  2. Heat a frying pan and add the sesame oil and bean sprouts and stir fry.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Put the rice in a large rice bowl.
  5. Add the bean sprouts.
  6. Put the kimchi on top, plus the natto-tuna-mayo mix, garnish with the chopped green onions and it's done.
  7. This is the kimchi I like to use.
