Tuna, Mayonnaise, Kimchi and Natto Rice Bowl
- 1 bowl Plain cooked rice
- 1/2 bag * Bean sprouts
- 1/2 tbsp * Sesame oil
- 1 * Salt and pepper
- 50 grams Kimchi (from Korea)
- 2 tbsp Canned tuna
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 pack Natto (fermented soy beans)
- 1 Finely chopped green onion
- Combine the natto, the sauce and Japanese mustard that comes with it, as well as the tuna and the mayonnaise.
- Heat a frying pan and add the sesame oil and bean sprouts and stir fry.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Put the rice in a large rice bowl.
- Add the bean sprouts.
- Put the kimchi on top, plus the natto-tuna-mayo mix, garnish with the chopped green onions and it's done.
- This is the kimchi I like to use.
