Spinach & Artichoke Spread
- 1 container (16 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped red peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 env. GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix
- RITZ Crackers Top'ems
- Mix all ingredients except crackers until well blended; cover.
- Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
- Serve as a spread with the crackers.
