Beef Supper Salad Recipe

• 1/2 c. salad dressing
• 2 tbsp. minced dill pickle
• 1 tbsp. catsup
• 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 c. cubed, cooked or possibly leftover beef
• 1 (16 ounce.) can kidney beans, liquid removed
• 1 c. sliced celery
• 1/3 c. finely minced onion
• 2 hard-cooked Large eggs, minced

1. Combine salad dressing, pickle, catsup, mustard and salt.
2. In bowl, combine beef, beans, celery, onion and Large eggs.
3. Pour dressing mix over bean mix.
4. Toss lightly.
5. Chill.
