Beef Supper Salad Recipe
- 1/2 c. salad dressing
- 2 tbsp. minced dill pickle
- 1 tbsp. catsup
- 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. cubed, cooked or possibly leftover beef
- 1 (16 ounce.) can kidney beans, liquid removed
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1/3 c. finely minced onion
- 2 hard-cooked Large eggs, minced
- Combine salad dressing, pickle, catsup, mustard and salt.
- In bowl, combine beef, beans, celery, onion and Large eggs.
- Pour dressing mix over bean mix.
- Toss lightly.
- Chill.
