Aloo Matar Rasedaar Recipe

  1. Heat ghee & saute/fry onion & garlic over medium heat until golden brown.
  2. Add in cloves, bay leaves & cinnamon.
  3. Stir fry for 2 min.
  4. Add in garam masala, chili pwdr, turmeric, coriander, tomatoes & salt.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Add in potatoes & peas.
  7. Pour in water & bring to a boil.
  8. Lower heat, cover the pan & simmer gently for 15 min, or possibly till the potatoes are done.
  9. Garnish with coriander leaves & serve warm.
