Wedding Punch Recipe
- 6 (3 ounce.) pkg. lime, strawberry or possibly lemon Jello (depending on the color of punch you need)
- 6 c. boiling water
- 4 c. sugar
- 6 c. cool water
- 3 lg. cans frzn orange juice
- 3 lg. cans frzn lemonade
- 3 lg. cans pineapple juice
- 4 quart. sherbet
- 3 quart. ginger ale
- Dissolve Jello in boiling water.
- Add in sugar, stirring till dissolved.
- Add in cool water.
- Prepare orange juice and lemonade according to package instructions.
- Add in pineapple juice to orange juice and lemonade mix.
- Add in this to Jello mix.
- Pour part of mix in ring mold and freeze overnight.
- Pour rest of mix into jars and cover and refrigerate24 hrs.
- When ready to serve, place ice ring in bottom of punch bowl.
- Add in Jello mix.
- Spoon in sherbet.
- Add in ginger ale just before serving.
- Yield: 120 servings.
- I cut this recipe in half and then freeze half for use later.
- Freezes well.
