Pear Crisp

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the pears, juice, sugar and cinnamon.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Put the mixture into a lightly greased 8-inch square baking pan.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the oats, flour, brown sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Cut the butter into the mixture with 2 knives or a pastry cutter until the mixture is uniformly crumbly.
  6. Sprinkle the topping over the pear mixture.
  7. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
