Asian American Ginger Burgers Recipe

  1. For dressing, heat a dry skillet on medium heat and toast sesame seeds 3 to 5 min, stirring.
  2. When seeds turn golden brown, remove from heat to prevent scorching.
  3. Place in blender with remaining ingredients and blend till smooth.
  4. Set aside.
  5. By hand, mix grnd beef, Large eggs and seasonings to combine.
  6. Form into six patties, handling meat as little as possible.
  7. Grill patties about 3 min per side, or possibly to taste.
  8. Place burgers on buns, garnish with sliced tomato, avocado and onions, and spoon on sesame dressing.
  9. This recipe yields 6 servings.
