Hot!!! Jalapeno Chicken Breasts
- 1-1/2 cup green jalapeno jelly
- 3/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup jalapeno pepper, minced
- 1/4 cup red pepper, diced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Combine all ingredients except chicken breasts in bowl.
- Put half of the marinade in a large, sealable plastic bag.
- Put chicken breasts in bag and seal.
- Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for two to four hours.
- Cook chicken breasts on medium grill, brushing with marinade occasionally.
- Heat remainder of marinade in medium saucepan to pour over chicken if desired.
